These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Bajili platform, operated under the brand name Bajili and accessible at bajili.cam ("the Platform", "the Website", "Bajili"). By registering an account, accessing any service or placing any wager on Bajili, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders, visitors browsing the Website and any person interacting with the Platform's content, features or services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service offered by Bajili.
Bajili is an English-language online gaming entertainment platform. Content is provided primarily for Pakistani users, though these Terms govern all users regardless of geographic location. Pakistani users are reminded that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable legislation may restrict or prohibit gambling activity. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.

To register and maintain an account on Bajili, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Bajili does not knowingly permit minors to register or use any gambling service. If you are found to be under the required minimum age, your account will be immediately closed, any winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds may be returned at the operator's discretion, subject to verification of identity.
You must not be located in, resident of, or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Bajili does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legally accessible in any particular location, including Pakistan. The platform does not claim authorisation or endorsement from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on Bajili. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement or any other restriction that bars you from participating in online gambling. Registering while subject to such restrictions constitutes a breach of these Terms.
To access the Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and current personal information as requested. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address and a secure password. You may be required to provide a valid phone number and residential address.
You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure. It is your responsibility to keep your account information current; you may update personal details through your account settings or by contacting Support.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Bajili will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access arising from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify Bajili Support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Bajili reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card, passport or driving licence), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement) and proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Bajili may withhold pending withdrawals pending KYC clearance in accordance with applicable AML obligations.
Bajili grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, commercially exploit, reproduce or distribute any part of the Platform or its content.
All transactions and wagers placed through your account are your sole responsibility. Bajili is not responsible for errors made by you in the process of placing bets, entering payment amounts or selecting game options. Transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed except in circumstances expressly provided for in these Terms or where required by law.
Bajili does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service outages and factors outside Bajili's reasonable control may affect Platform availability. Bajili is not liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability, disconnections during active game sessions or technical errors, except where directly caused by Bajili's proven negligence.
Account balances for Pakistani users are displayed in PKR. Exchange rate fluctuations may apply where deposits are made in a different currency. Applicable conversion rates and any associated fees are disclosed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards and promotional credits offered by Bajili are subject to specific individual offer terms in addition to these General Terms. In the event of conflict between individual offer terms and these General Terms, the individual offer terms shall prevail in respect of that specific promotion.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, minimum deposit amount, eligible games, game weightings and validity period are all stated in the individual offer terms. Players must read these terms in full before accepting any bonus. Bajili does not use deliberately confusing or hidden wagering structures — all requirements are published clearly.
Bajili reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms; coordinating with other players to satisfy wagering requirements; or providing false information to obtain promotional credits.
No bonus, promotional offer or loyalty reward constitutes a guarantee of winnings. All gambling outcomes are subject to chance. Bajili does not use artificial urgency, fabricated scarcity claims or guaranteed-win language in any promotional material.
Available deposit methods are displayed in the Platform cashier and may include bank transfers and other payment options. For contextual reference, Pakistani users may be familiar with payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The listing of these names on the Platform is for contextual familiarity only. Bajili does not represent that any of these providers endorse, permit or support gambling transactions. Users must verify their chosen payment provider's own terms regarding online transactions before initiating any deposit.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may be subject to change. Individual account limits may also apply based on KYC verification status, account activity or responsible gambling restrictions you have set.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) satisfactory completion of KYC verification; (b) no pending bonus wagering requirements on the relevant funds; (c) no active fraud or AML investigation flags on the account; and (d) the withdrawal amount meeting the applicable minimum threshold. Processing times vary by payment method and are indicative, not guaranteed.
You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you and are free from any third-party claim. Bajili does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of an account holder. Any funds identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
Where cryptocurrency deposits (e.g., BTC, USDT) are supported, specific network requirements and minimum amounts apply as stated in the cashier. Cryptocurrency values are volatile. Bajili does not accept liability for value fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of conversion to the account display currency. Users are responsible for sending funds to the correct wallet address on the correct network.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bajili Platform:
All content on the Bajili Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout, is the property of Bajili or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without express prior written permission from Bajili. The Bajili name, logo and associated brand elements are trade marks of the Operator. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use these trade marks.
Bajili does not guarantee any particular outcome in any game, sporting event or other gambling activity available on the Platform. All gambling involves financial risk. You accept that gambling outcomes are subject to chance and that losses are a possible and normal consequence of gambling activity.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bajili, its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities; (b) any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; or (c) any technical failures, interruptions or errors not directly attributable to Bajili's proven negligence.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, Bajili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount deposited by you to your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or (b) the equivalent of PKR 10,000.
Bajili is not responsible for the actions, terms, availability or reliability of third-party payment providers, game studios or any other third-party services integrated into the Platform. Any dispute with a third-party provider must be resolved directly with that provider in accordance with their own terms and conditions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Users agree that any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the user's home jurisdiction require otherwise.
Pakistani users are reminded that gambling may be restricted under Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable legislation. Bajili does not claim authorisation, regulation or endorsement from any Pakistani governmental authority, regulatory body or financial institution. This paragraph does not constitute legal advice. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and must take independent legal advice if they are uncertain about their obligations under applicable local law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting Bajili Support through Live Chat or the Help Centre. Before closure, ensure that all pending withdrawals have been processed. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure may be requested for withdrawal, subject to applicable KYC requirements and these Terms.
Bajili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; (d) inactivity, subject to the Inactive Account Policy; or (e) at Bajili's reasonable business discretion.
Upon account closure: all Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited; real-money balances will be subject to final verification before return; and all licences and rights granted under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
Bajili reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Bajili will endeavour to notify registered users through Platform notifications or email to the address registered on the account. Non-material changes may be made without specific notification.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and close your account. The date of the most recent update is indicated in the Effective Date at the top of this document.
